About Cleaning Forum

During the next edition of the Cleaning Forum (Poland, 22-23.10.2024), which takes place together with the Cleaning Expo fair, we will offer topics and formats that we have not yet had, but we will also return to the topics that we have already touched on and have gained the most recognition among the participants. From the many conversations held among professionals, we know that you would like to take them together again after a small update.

On the first day, we will invite you to an interesting meeting with special guests, whose knowledge and experience will provide a completely new perspective on a professional, innovative service. We want to initiate a somewhat controversial topic, but certainly very timely. On the one hand, we are faced with a permanent lack of employees, while the client expects a modern service based on new technologies and sustainable development; on the other hand, the client imposes on us the number of jobs, working hours, and the description of the object of the order without much thought for many years.

We want to show and convince administrators and property owners that using the services of professionals and moving away from the old type of service ordering will be beneficial for each of the parties, and additionally emphasize that such solutions are allowed even by the Public Procurement Law! Hence the title of our conference: “End feudalism – buy a service, not people!” As you will see in the Forum program, we have invited to the discussion an excellent group of experts whose knowledge and experience guarantee a successful, substantive meeting.

The second day of the Forum is traditionally already a part devoted to technology. During last year’s conference and demonstrations we discussed keeping flexible floors clean, including we want to focus on carpeting. The number of installed carpeting, especially in office or hotel rooms, is constantly increasing, and manufacturers are offering newer material solutions. This means that we, as an industry, have to keep up with their maintenance technologies. During discussions and dynamic presentations, we will show what to pay attention to by choosing working methods; we will also tell you what to do absolutely not.

In the next block entitled “Back to the bathroom”, enriched with proposals from new manufacturers and distributors for 2023, we will again present equipment and means whose task is efficiency in action, but also optimization of the work of cleaning companies.

The material, which, due to its aesthetic qualities and durability, has been a prized raw material for floors for centuries, is, of course, natural stone. However, let’s remember that... “Stone floors are beautiful, but only if we take care of them properly!” We will talk with experts about keeping them clean, and thus maintaining the attractiveness and functionality of stone floors during the last technological block.

We very much hope that the weather will improve and we will be able to invite you to the outdoor area, in the immediate vicinity of Poznan Congress Center, where partners and exhibitors “live” will present the latest technologies and equipment for cleaning the facade and maintaining the outdoor areas.
